Most 1:1 coaching sessions take place virtually via video conference. This method is highly effective and often found to be most convenient for my clients. In certain circumstances, clients may elect to meet with me in-person for an additional fee.

Absolutely! Coaching is not therapy and does not heal the past. Coaching is very much forward-looking and looks to progress from a functional status to an optimal performance or outcome. Many clients who are working with a therapist find coaching helpful for optimizing their performance, and building on the healing work done with their therapist.

Because results are entirely within the control of the client, I do not guarantee results. That being said, almost all of my clients report incredible and transformative results arising from our work together. Part of my methodology for clients in 6-month and 12-month programs includes progress measurement so we can make any adjustments that may be required along the way.
